How does the order process work? |

We start the order by taking your basic information on our work pages.
|
|
We collect a deposit equal to half of the estimated order. Please note that our Website Brochure,
3-Page, and 5-Page Website Packages are standalone services and must be paid in full in advance.

Website Brochure, 3-Page, and 5-Page
Package clients will choose a layout and color scheme
from our extensive design menu.
|
|
If you did not previously purchase a domain name and/or web hosting, we will assist you in
setting up these accounts with one of our affiliates. If you wish to provide your own hosting account (not with one
of our recommended web hosts), there will be an upload fee of $25.00 added to your order.
|
|
You may e-mail or bring by information such as pictures and text needed to construct your website.
All content must be provided in digital format (e-mail or CD). If we need to re-type text before it can be entered into
the website, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 per page.
|
|
If you have purchased a custom website or an e-commerce package, your site will be loaded to one of
our temporary client servers upon completion, where you will view your site and make any necessary corrections (please
note that some changes you decide upon may take your website beyond the scope of your original order and, thus, may
require additional payment).
|
|
Final payment is due at this time for all services other than Website Brochure, 3-Page and 5-Page Website Packages.
|

We will upload the completed website to your domain for internet access.
|
|
We appreciate your referrals and additional business.
|

How long does the process take? |
|
|
|
Most websites are usually completed
within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your last piece of
content. However, E-Commerce websites, sites with custom designs,
and sites with extensive content or features may take longer.
Our Website Brochure package currently offers a special 5-business
day turnaround, and our 3-Page Website Package offers a 10-business
day turnaround. Additionally, rush orders are available on select
packages for a charge. Rush services are $500, and cut your
website completion time in half.

What if I need to make changes to my website after my order has been completed? |
|
|
|
We are always available to assist with whatever changes or upgrades you require.
Any additional changes are subject to charges and are configured according to our basic pricing guidelines.
Please see our Services page for a list of our additional features pricing. Changes that affect the general
site layout, or that require a re-design of any section(s) of your site may be subject to additional hourly charges.
If you believe your changes are outside the scope of our Additional Features price list, please contact us for a
custom quote. It is always our goal to earn your repeat business each time you come in.

I've seen free web page builders and inexpensive template programs. Why pay a web designer? |
|

|
While it's true that almost anyone
can create a website with the "Do-It-Yourself" template-based
design software available today, the success of a website is
largely dependant on extensive planning in designing a look
and feel that is tailored to the needs of your prospective client.
Websites designed using a typical template-based software application
lack the flexibility and quality necessary to attract and retain
a client base. In short, anyone can pick up a paint brush, but
it doesn't make them Picasso!

What other costs are associated with my website? |
|
|
Other than the cost associated with designing and developing your website,
you will be responsible for website hosting and domain name charges. Generally, website hosting costs less than
$10.00 per month for a basic site, and domain names cost under $10.00 per year. After assessing your needs,
we can offer you a quote that includes all of these charges so that you may budget for them accordingly.

Who can I contact for Support? |
|
|
All customer support is addressed
by e-mail only (no exceptions!). You may contact our support
staff via email. Please allow
24-48 hours during these business hours for a response. Please
note that support issues cannot be handled or addressed by any
of our in-store representatives (via phone or in-store), and
must be submitted online via e-mail to our support department.
We take all support requests very seriously, and will get back
to you as soon as possible. If you think you have been overlooked,
please feel free to send a second request.
